Often times diet and exercise are not enough to produce substantial weight loss needed to improve one's health. Obesity and being overweight can profoundly impact a person's physical and psychological health. Many diets produce temporary weight loss followed by weight gain in excess of what was initially lost. We hear this often and understand the frustration. We are here to help you lose the weight and keep it off. Our program offers multiple modalities that will help you set and meet your weight loss and health goals. 

Contact our office to schedule your initial consultation. You may also book online. We will email you intake paperwork and a lab order before your initial consultation. This should be completed and brought with you to your first visit. With labs in hand at your first appointment, we can start treatment that day if you are a candidate based on labs, physical exam and medical history. During the initial consultation, we will review your current health status, discuss your labs, complete a detailed medical history and physical exam, and through shared decision making, create a weight loss plan custom to your needs. We will provide you with diet, meal planning and exercise information. If you are a candidate, we will initiate medication to assist you in your weight loss journey. 

Typical weight loss criteria for medical weight loss includes a BMI 27+ or 25+ with comorbid conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes. 

We do not accept insurance; however, your insurance may cover lab fees. 

$100 of the Initial Consultation Fee will go towards your first month's treatment plan. 

We have several different treatment plan options available which utilize different medications. Prices can range from as little as $80 per month to about $650+ per month. Price is dependent upon medication being utilized and dosing required to achieve weight loss goals. 

Please note: We do not accept insurance. 

All treatment plans require monthly weigh in and refill/adjustment on medication based on progress.  Every patient is offered a monthly B12 and/or metabolism boosting injection at the weigh in visit. There is no additional charge for these injections.
