Contact our office to schedule your initial consultation at our men's testosterone clinic, or book conveniently online. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive intake paperwork via email. Please complete all forms prior to your first visit.

During your consultation, we will discuss your health goals, perform a comprehensive physical exam, and provide a lab order to assess your baseline blood work. This allows us to identify potential imbalances and areas for improvement.

If your medical history and lab results indicate suboptimal or low testosterone levels, we can initiate a personalized testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) plan.

A portion of your consultation fee—$100—will be applied toward the cost of any testosterone replacement plan you choose. Please note that add-on services, adjunct medications, and pellet therapy are not included in the initial consultation fee.

We do not accept insurance for services; however, your insurance may cover laboratory testing.book online. We will email you intake paperwork before your initial consultation. This should be completed prior to your first visit. We will discuss goals and perform a complete physical exam during the initial consultation. Additionally, we will provide you with a lab order to determine baseline blood work and identity opportunities for improvement. Upon review of your medical history and labs indicating suboptimal or low testosterone therapy can be initiated. $100 of the Initial consultation fee will go towards the cost of any testosterone replacement plan elected. Add on services, adjunct medications or pellets are not included in the initial consultation fee.

Long-acting option for men who prefer less frequent dosing

Number of pellets required will be determined during consultation - typically takes at least 6 pellets and lasts 4-6 months. Not ideal for men who work out, are very active or have high metabolisms as they will burn through the pellets rapidly.

Lab Work & Monitoring

Blood work is an essential part of safely and effectively managing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

Initial Monitoring:

After starting TRT or adjusting your dosage, blood work will be completed every 6–8 weeks to monitor your response and guide further treatment. It typically takes about six months to achieve optimal, stable results in symptom improvement and hormone balance.

Ongoing Monitoring:

Once your levels are stable, labs will only be required every six months to maintain optimal outcomes.

Where to Get Labs:

Lab orders will be provided by our men’s testosterone clinic and can be drawn at any lab of your choice. We recommend using LabCorp or Quest (both conveniently in Columbus, GA).

Insurance & Costs:

Most lab costs are typically covered by insurance, but any charges not covered are the responsibility of the patient.

Previous Lab Work:

If you’ve had recent blood work, feel free to bring a copy to your appointment. We will only order additional labs if necessary.
