Contact our office to schedule your initial consultation, or conveniently book online. Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll email you intake paperwork. Please complete the paperwork and have your labs done prior to your first visit.
We will do a quick follow up once your completed labs have been reviewed and begin a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
A $100 credit from your consultation fee will be applied toward any elected monthly treatment plan. Please note that add-on services, adjunct medications, or pellet therapies are not included in the consultation fee.
We do not accept insurance for visits or treatments. However, your insurance may cover laboratory testing.

A combination of oral, topical, injectable, and pellet-based therapies may be considered. All treatment plans are customized and may include bioidentical Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone (micro-dosed), and DHEA, based on clinical evaluation and patient goals.

Follow Up Care
Lab Work & Monitoring
Following the initiation of treatment or any changes in dosing, blood work will be completed every 6 to 8 weeks to monitor progress and guide further adjustments. On average, it takes about six months to fully optimize treatment and stabilize symptom improvement. Once stability is achieved, lab work will only be required every six months for continued monitoring.
Lab Options & Insurance
Lab orders will be provided by our clinic, and patients may choose to have their blood drawn at the lab of their choice. We recommend LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics based on which one is in network with your insurance.
While most insurance plans typically cover the majority of lab costs, any lab fees not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.
If you’ve had recent lab work completed, feel free to bring your results to your appointment. We will review them and only order additional labs if necessary.
