Meet Annie Armolt, PA-C / Owner

Hi, I’m Annie Armolt, and I’m so grateful you’re here. I’m a Physician Assistant with a passion for helping people feel healthier, more confident, and more connected to their wellbeing. I graduated with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2011, and since then I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Urgent Care, Functional Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine.

Before becoming a PA, I started my career as a Registered Dietitian after graduating with honors from Auburn University and completing my Dietetic Internship at the University of Houston. Nutrition and lifestyle have always been at the heart of how I care for patients, and I love blending that foundation with modern functional and aesthetic treatments to help people feel their absolute best.

I’m also proud to call Columbus home—I’ve lived here my entire life, aside from the years I spent away for school. This community means so much to me, and I’m honored to support the wellbeing of the families and individuals who live here.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive experience for every patient. I truly believe in listening, partnering with you, and finding the right plan to help you look and feel your best—inside and out. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your wellness journey.

Dr James Ragen MD - Medical Director

Dr. James Eric Ragan is a highly respected physician based in Columbus, Georgia, known for his dedication to patient care and commitment to clinical excellence. With years of experience in medicine, Dr. Ragan brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every individual he treats, focusing on both immediate concerns and long-term health and wellness.

Dr. Ragan earned his medical degree and completed extensive training, equipping him with a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and advanced treatment techniques. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to continuing education, ensuring his patients benefit from the latest innovations and best practices in healthcare.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Ragan is valued for his approachable demeanor and ability to build trust with his patients. He takes the time to listen, educate, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals.

Nathaniel "Nate" Armolt - Receptionist / MA

Nathaniel "Nate" Armolt is a dedicated Receptionist / Medical Assistant with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. With a background rooted in discipline and service, Nathaniel began his career in the United States Army, where he developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence—qualities he carries into his work today.

As the Receptionist and MA at Fountain Wellness and Aesthetics, Nathaniel has focused on creating a welcoming, results-driven environment where clients receive personalized care. His approach blends knowledge about advanced aesthetic treatments with overall wellness solutions, such as injectables, weight loss programs, IV therapy, and hormone optimization offered by the providers at the clinic.

Nathaniel is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry, continually expanding his knowledge in aesthetics and wellness to provide up to date information to patients about the most effective treatments available and offered at Fountain Wellness and Aesthetics.
