Please note:

We do not manage or provide ongoing care for the following conditions:

Motor vehicle accidents

Chronic pain

Autoimmune diseases

End-stage heart, renal, lung, or liver disease

Cancer

Psychiatric conditions.

Pediatric Patients

We do not prescribe ANY controlled pain medications.

Insurance Notice:

We do not accept insurance.

Self-Pay Rate: $150 per visit.

Additional Services:

Steroid joint injections (Knee, shoulder, hip, elbow) - $100 

Steroid injection (non-joint) - $40
