Contact our office to schedule your initial consultation—or book online for added convenience. Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll email you intake paperwork to complete beforehand.

At your first visit, we’ll:

Provide a lab order

Perform a physical exam

Review your detailed medical history

During the consultation, we’ll assess your current health status, discuss your goals, and—through shared decision-making—develop a personalized weight loss plan that fits your unique needs. You’ll also receive guidance on diet, meal planning, and exercise.

If appropriate, we may prescribe medication to support your weight loss journey.

Who Qualifies for Medical Weight Loss?

Typically, candidates include individuals with:

A BMI of 27 or higher, or

A BMI of 25+ with conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes

Insurance and Lab Information:

Please note, we do not accept insurance for consultations. However, most insurance plans will cover your lab fees. We recommend LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics depending which one is contracted with your insurance. 

We do not cover the cost of lab work. If you’ve had labs done recently, please bring those results to your appointment. We’ll only order additional labs if necessary.

Initial Consultation & Treatment Plan Information

The initial Consultation is $200. A $100 portion of your Initial Consultation Fee will be applied toward your first month’s treatment plan.

We offer a variety of treatment plan options, utilizing different medications tailored to your needs. Monthly pricing ranges from $85 to $750+, depending on the specific medication and dosage required to support your weight loss goals.

Flexible Payment Option:

A weekly payment plan is available with a minimum 1-month commitment.

Ongoing Treatment Plan Requirements

All treatment plans include monthly weigh-ins to monitor progress and adjust medication as needed. During each visit, patients will also receive a complimentary B12 and/or metabolism-boosting injection—at no additional cost.

To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, repeat lab work is required every 6 months. Lab orders will be provided directly by the clinic. Lab work is not included in the cost of your monthly plan. Most insurance plans will cover the cost of labs. Any lab  balance not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.
