Contact our office to schedule your initial metabolic weight loss assessment —or book online for added convenience. Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll email you intake paperwork to be completed before your appointment.

What to expect at your first visit, we’ll:

-Provide a lab order

-Perform a physical exam

-Review your detailed medical history

-Assess your current health status, discuss your goals, and—through shared decision-making—develop a personalized weight loss plan that fits your unique needs. 

- Discuss diet, meal planning, and exercise for weight loss.

If appropriate, we will prescribe medication to support your weight loss journey.

Who Qualifies for Medical Weight Loss?

Typically, candidates include individuals with:

A BMI of 27 or higher, or

A BMI of 25+ with conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes

Insurance and Lab Information:

Please note, we do not accept insurance. However, most insurance plans will cover your lab fees. We recommend LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics depending on which one is contracted with your insurance. 

We do not cover the cost of lab work. 

If you’ve had labs done recently, please bring those results to your appointment. We’ll only order additional labs if necessary.

Initial Consultation & Treatment Plan Information
There is a one-time initial consultation fee of $100 at your first visit. 

We offer a range of customized prescription weight loss treatment plans designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Plans are tailored to your specific needs and may include oral medications, injectable medications, or a combination of both.

• Oral Medications: Starting at $75 per month
• Injectable Medications: Starting at $200 per month

Final pricing varies based on the specific medication and dosage required for your individual plan. Please contact our office for specific pricing on specific medications and specific dosages. We offer very competitive pricing plans! Don't hesitate to call or text for more information. 

At each monthly weigh-in appointment, patients will receive one complimentary injection based on individual needs. Options include:

• Vitamin B12
• Lipo Stat Plus
• Lipo Stat Plus Sulfa-Free
• Lipo+

There is no additional charge for this injection—it is included with your monthly plan.

Ongoing Medical Weight Loss Treatment Plan Requirements

All of our weight loss plans include monthly weigh-in check ups to monitor progress and adjust medication as needed. During each visit, patients will receive a complimentary B12 and/or metabolism-boosting injection—at no additional cost. Medication refills are provided at each weigh in visit. Our goal is for patients to lose 4-10 pounds monthly. 

To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, repeat lab work is required every 6 months. Lab orders will be provided directly by the clinic. Lab work is not included in the cost of your monthly plan. Most insurance plans will cover the cost of labs. Any lab  balance not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.
