Contact our office to schedule your initial consultation. You may also book online. We will email you intake paperwork before your initial consultation. This should be completed and brought with you to your first visit. We will give you a lab order at your first appointment, and can start appropriate treatment if you are a candidate based on labs and medical history. $100 of the Initial consultation fee will go towards the cost of any elected monthly treatment plan. Add on services, adjunct medications or pellets are not included in the initial consultation fee. 

We do not accept insurance; however, your insurance may cover lab fees. 

We offer both in clinic and out of clinic plans. We do not accept insurance.

Basic In Clinic Plan: $140 per month. 

You will schedule a quick 5-minute visit weekly to come by the clinic where we will administer your testosterone shot. This is great for men who are uncomfortable injecting themselves. Additionally, should your lab work indicate that you would benefit from an estrogen blocker or DHEA supplement, this is included in the monthly price at no additional cost. Monthly B12 injections included at no additional cost. 

5% Discount if paying for 6 months in advance. No refunds if treatment is discontinued prior to 6 months. 

Home Injection Plan: $360 every 3 months.

You will receive your first shot in clinic with instruction on dosing and technique. Thereafter, you will be provided with Testosterone and injection supplies for at home administration. Additionally, should your lab work indicate that you would benefit from an estrogen blocker or DHEA supplement, this is included in the price at no additional cost. Monthly B12 injections included at no additional cost. 

Testosterone Pellets Placed

$130 per 200 mg Pellet

Topical TRT: $200 per month. 

Daily Topical gel/cream will need to be applied. Additionally, should your lab work indicate that you would benefit from an estrogen blocker or DHEA supplement, this is included in the price at no additional cost. Monthly B12 injections included at no additional cost.

Blood work will be completed at 6–8 week intervals following initiation of treatment or changes in dosing. It generally takes about 6 months to get a patient dialed in where everything is stable with regard to symptom improvement and optimization. Thereafter, labs will only be required every 6 months. 

Lab work can be discussed via phone visit after the initial consultation. 

Lab orders are provided by the clinic for the patient to have drawn at the lab of their choice. Insurance may cover lab work. Lab cost not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.

Trimix Injectable Solution - $22 per shot. 

Performance Enhancement Growth Hormone Peptides and Supplements

Sermorelin - $200-$400 per month depending on dose which is weight based.

This medication is typically cycled 2-3 months on and 2-3 months off. It is a very safe medications that helps improve lean muscle mass, bone density, sleep quality, libido, energy, recovery time, wound healing and cognitive function.
